Mind Control!

Incomparable
Way back in the early 90s, the incomparable Monica Fraga was considered one of the most beautiful models in all of Latin America. During this classic guest appearance on (I think) Ney Gonçalves Dias, the former Brazilian Playmate agreed to take part in a body painting demonstration, which - naturally enough - required that she strip down to her lingerie before a studio audience.

As far as I can tell, Ney Gonçalves Dias - ostensibly
a 'news & views' program - featured regular stripteases by
well-know female celebrities. During the show's closing credits, the
girls would dance before the cameras in their bare knickers, apparently their sole reason for being on the show in the first place. I
managed to dig up a few examples on youtube; unfortunately, the
resolution leaves a little to be desired (some of the VHS sources are
nearly thirty years old).

Baile de la seducción
The time-honored Latin tradition of Baile de la seducción (Dance of Seduction) has a history dating back well over a century, originating in the portside taverns of Argentina and Uruguay. Traditionally, the dance was performed by mixed couples seeking to express their unabashed devotion for one another (the Tango being a prime example), but fortunately for us, the Baile is now more often the provenance of hot young girls in their underwear.
Ecuadorian variety show Vamos Con Todo featured a plethora of models voguing in their designer lingerie, as was the case with Kathryn Arbenz (see above) shedding her inhibitions to the tune of Mancini's Pink Panther. Judging by this clip, the show's female guests loved modeling their intimates in front of the camera.
Interesting side note: at the end of her number, Ms Arbenz was offered a satin robe to cover her modesty. For some inexplicable reason, the crowd strenuously objected to this gratuitous concealing of the underwear, chanting "ROPA! ROPA!" at the top of their lungs. Duly impressed by the crowd's obvious enthusiasm, Kathryn capitulated to their demands, apparently spending the rest of the episode in her bra and panties.
Brazilian Heritage
More Baile de la seducción from Vamos Con Todo, featuring the lovely Paloma Fiuza (circa 2010). In common with Kathyrn Arbenz, she seems to have been a regular on Ecuadorian television and variety shows.
Ms Fuiza appears to have been a popular Brazilian dancer, appearing on a number of shows during the mid-2000s. As a general rule, she performed in beachwear or casuals, but would occasionally strip down to her lingerie (as in this clip). A classically trained ballerina, she wasn't adverse to revealing her talents before a studio audience (a fact for which we are eternally grateful).

James Whale Radio TV Show: The Dream Girls
James Whale (no relation to the acclaimed Universal movie director) was a run-of-the-mill talk-back radio host until he unaccountably graduated to TV in the late 1980s. While otherwise painfully unremarkable, the show occasionally featured scantily-clad British beauties whose sole purpose was to spice up the proceedings with a touch of risque humor. One of the more memorable appearances consisted of the aptly named Dream Girls:

For some inexplicable reason, this multi-talented dance troupe had to perform in the sexiest of lace corsetry imaginable - basques, torsolettes, garter belts and waist-cinchers - complete with matching black hosiery. Interestingly enough, none of the other guests were required to remove any clothing whatsoever - most probably because they were male.
James meets the Dream Girls: beware of vulgar humor.
Apropos to their act, James asked the girls, "Did you enjoy that?" - to which Lisa (the blonde in the middle) replied, "Yes we did, very much" - a sentiment evidently shared by everyone who saw them. A phone-in poll confirmed that 95 percent of the viewing audience wanted to see The Dream Girls back in future episodes. Not sure whether they returned as regular guests - information on the group is extremely rare at this point of time - but hope always springs eternal.
The full dance sequence may be seen in this (regrettably low resolution) video from 1991. Fast forward to 25.31; the Girls are literally the only thing worth watching over the course of the entire sordid program.

Casino Poker
Those ingenious Argentinians have found yet another way to separate beautiful young chicas from their clothing. In Casino Poker, the girls play against the house, using their clothes for bargaining chips. Every time they lose a hand, they trade a piece of clothing for extra credit to keep on playing. It virtually goes without saying that the 'bank' always wins out in the end :)

Loiras vs Morenas
You gotta hand it to those ingenious Brazilians; nobody else could have come up with a show that enticed pretty young women to shed their clothing in public (OK, there's also the Russians, the French, the Italians and the Japanese, but you get my point).
The program in question was Festa DoMallandro ("Mallandros Party"), and the segment portrayed above was Loiras vs Morenas - "blondes vs brunettes. As the name suggests, the contestants played incredibly silly games which required them to strip down to their bras and panties, usually cheered on by a rampant audience.
Festa ran for a total of six seasons between 1997 and 2002, achieving a level of success rarely surpassed to the present day. Needless to say, the weekly stripteases undoubtedly contributed to the show's high ratings and popularity with the general public.
A similar concept turned up around the same time in Allegria Geral, which seems to have been closely patterned after Festa. The 'blondes vs brunettes' trope was particularly evident in the musical numbers, where the female cast danced in their bare knickers for several minutes at a time. If the example posted above is anything to go by, Brazilian chicas take great pride in their choreographic abilities.

WK in Lingerie
The competitive element discussed in Loiras vs Morenas was "briefly" expanded to international parameters with the introduction of WK in Lingerie, a short-lived sports feature broadcast across Europe during the mid-2010s.
Sponsored by Veronica from 2014-2017, WK in lingerie was pretty much exactly what the label said: beautiful young women playing soccer in their bras and panties. Opposing sides were distinguished by color-coded underwear - presumably so that the audience would know which team to cheer for.
It may seem odd that such a novel idea didn't catch on like a wild fire, but as the French have been known to say on occasion, que sera. Fortunately, there are plenty of high quality episodes still available on Youtube for the committed sports enthusiast.
Naughty and Funny
OK, most of the gags are almost certainly staged, but Ukraine's Naughty and Funny (Голые и смешные) features some of the most beautiful women on the planet falling out of their clothes at inopportune moments.
The pranks usually revolve around pretty young girls undressing in public or being filmed by a hidden camera, supposedly without their knowledge. In other cases, regular working guys are suddenly confronted with a stunningly gorgeous blonde disrobing in plain sight (as in the video posted below) with the usual "hilarious" consequences.
